PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Join us for an Evening of Exploration into what lives behind the ‘love of learning.’ We will introduce you to the Academy’s learning model, and some of the methods central to our work. Through an interactive dialogue we’ll explore how learning can lead not merely to the accumulation of facts or even knowledge, but perhaps more, to personal transformation and the expression of our innate gifts, longings and individual natures.

From the most mundane to the most powerful moments in life, we have a need to access our creativity - whether that is visual art, writing, music, conversation, cooking, community organizing, or problem solving.

This Evening of Exploration asks: What can we learn about ourselves when we excavate our memories and expose our creative expression? Can our creativity help us to more fully express who we are in any situation?

As this is a short experiential workshop, If you plan to attend, please arrive by 6:25pm.
