The Academy is a relationally based organization, committed to its own process of learning. As staff, board members, and associates we cultivate the learning field within our own organization. We believe that the quality and capacity of our individual ‘human beingness’ is an essential contribution to the work that we do in the world, and we take this on as our learning practice. The Academy fosters an environment that encourages learning and critical inquiry among all its members, and provides a context in which we continually explore our personal learning edges.
